Launching today, we’re excited to introduce a new Users view - providing a central place to understand how users use your product, how important they are, and for the first time, what problems they’re affected by.
Across both anonymous and logged in users, you can watch their entire customer lifecycle journey with flagged examples of problems they encountered along the way. Custom attributes like ARR or subscription tiers can be attached allowing Interfere’s prioritization to be more fine-grained.
The new users experience is live starting today, and requires no code changes or version bumps to take effect.
